They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I’ve ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All of my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn’t have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I’ve ever seen.

To our patients:
Great News. We are now fully reopened and operational for all your eyecare needs.
We have missed seeing our patients and cannot wait to see you and your family back at our practice.
As a valued patient of our Eye & Contact Lens Associates of North Texas patient community, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are committed to taking care of our patients.
Your health should be a priority, especially now. This is why it is important for us to see you for your comprehensive eye exam and other vision health.
We will continue with stringent measures maintaining cleanliness in the office. We have safety protocols in place at the practice to ensure you and our team are safe, including number of exams per hour and new processes for sanitizing eyewear. When you schedule an appointment, we will let you know our new protocol in greater detail.
We have always been committed to providing you, our patients with maximum protection from infectious diseases. We continue to follow our universal protocols. We have health and safety guidelines in place to ensure the health of our patients and staff. We feel confident in our ability to see patients and provide primary care according to our Tradition of Quality that you have come to respect and deserve. We are strictly following CDC guidelines for cleaning.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Individual examination rooms are disinfected before and after every patient exam, including all surfaces, instrumentation, door handles, and equipment.
  • Alcohol sanitizer is available in all areas of our office.
  • We are working diligently to ensure your safety while at the same time, provide the necessary services to take care of your needs.
