If you call the office after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, your call will be transferred to our answering service. If you have an emergency, and cannot wait until regular office hours, please give this information to the answering service, and they will contact the physician on call.
Appointments
For your convenience, we work from appointments. We know that your time is valuable, so we try our best to honor your appointments and not keep you waiting.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible for rescheduling. We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice, should you need to reschedule.
Unavoidable patient emergencies or delays occasionally occur.  We ask for your understanding and patience when these situations arise.

We suggest that new patients arrive at least 15 minutes early to register.

Cancellation/No Show Policy
When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. If you are unable to keep an appointment and need to reschedule, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments are in high demand. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient who may be waiting for an appointment.
A cancellation is considered late, when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appoinment without cancelling.
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, we may assess a $25.00 "no-show" service charged. You will be billed directly for this.
We understand there may be times when an unforseen emergency occurs, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances, please contact our office.
You may contact us 24/7 at 972-248-0202. If it is after business hours, please leave a detailed message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Telephone Calls
During regular office hours, our receptionist will answer the phone. Please briefly explain the reason for calling, so that your call can be directed to the appropriate person. If an emergency occurs during office hours, our staff will immediately assist you with proper instructions.
If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to call and speak with one of our staff members. They are trained to address most of your concerns, and if necessary, they will have the doctor or his assistant return your call.
Emergency Eye Care
If you have a medical emergency, either call 9-1-1 or contact us directly. Our staff can help determine the best course of action. If your emergency can be treated in our office, you will be seen by the doctor.
Our phones are answered 24 hours-a-day at 972-248-0202 or TOLL FREE 855-272-0800. If our office personnel does not answer, your call will automatically be forwarded to our answering service. They will notify the appropriate person to help you with your problem. For general medical questions, appointment scheduling, and information, please call during regular office hours.
