If you call the office after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, your call will be transferred to our answering service. If you have an emergency, and cannot wait until regular office hours, please give this information to the answering service, and they will contact the physician on call.


For your convenience, we work from appointments. We know that your time is valuable, so we try our best to honor your appointments and not keep you waiting. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible for rescheduling. Unavoidable emergencies or delays occasionally occur.  We ask for your understanding and patience when these situations arise. We will try to give you advance notice of such delays.

Appointments may be made during regular office hours. We suggest that new patients arrive at least 15 minutes early to register.  For your convenience the registration form can be found here.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. We also understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and therefore calling us as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated.

Telephone Calls

During regular office hours, our receptionist will answer the phone. Please briefly explain the reason for calling, so that your call can be directed to the appropriate person. If an emergency occurs during office hours, our staff will immediately assist you with proper instructions.

If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to call and speak with one of our staff members. They are trained to address most of your concerns, and if necessary, they will have the doctor or his assistant return your call.

Emergency Eye Care

If you have a medical emergency, either call 9-1-1 or contact us directly. Our staff can help determine the best course of action. If your emergency can be treated in our office, you will be seen by the doctor.

Our phones are answered 24 hours-a-day at 972-248-0202 or TOLL FREE 855-272-0800. If our office personnel does not answer, your call will automatically be forwarded to our answering service. They will notify the appropriate person to help you with your problem. For general medical questions, appointment scheduling, and information, please call during regular office hours.

Your health should be a priority, especially now. This is why it is important for us to see you for your comprehensive eye exam and other vision health.
We will continue with stringent measures maintaining cleanliness in the office. We have safety protocols in place at the practice to ensure you and our team are safe, including number of exams per hour and new processes for sanitizing eyewear. When you schedule an appointment, we will let you know our new protocol in greater detail.
We have always been committed to providing you, our patients with maximum protection from infectious diseases. We continue to follow our universal protocols. We have health and safety guidelines in place to ensure the health of our patients and staff. We feel confident in our ability to see patients and provide primary care according to our Tradition of Quality that you have come to respect and deserve. We are strictly following CDC guidelines for cleaning.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Individual examination rooms are disinfected before and after every patient exam, including all surfaces, instrumentation, door handles, and equipment.
  • Alcohol sanitizer is available in all areas of our office.
  • We are working diligently to ensure your safety while at the same time, provide the necessary services to take care of your needs.

If it is not essential for a family member to join you for the visit, we ask that they not accompany you to the office.
